Committed to sustainable tourism at Solly Hôtel, we do everything we can to make your stay a pleasant one... for you and for the planet. Because a hotel can be both comfortable and committed, we have chosen to take concrete action for more responsible tourism. We have joined Betterfly Tourism in a process designed to reduce our environmental footprint and support local stakeholders. Thanks to their support, we have implemented concrete actions on a daily basis that are having a real impact:
less water and energy consumed, more eco-labeled products, breakfast largely in bulk... and much more!
Our commitment was rewarded with a B environmental rating in 2024. For our ecological and social commitments, we have also been awarded the Clef Verte label, the 1st sustainable tourism label. At Solly Hôtel, we're convinced that every gesture counts, and we're continuing along this path for the good of our planet.

A taste for the local
Our commitment is to offer an authentic experience with minimal impact on the environment. We carefully select our partners and give preference to local producers, so that we can offer you quality products based on regional know-how.
From your breakfast to your bathroom, when you stay at Le Solly, you consume locally: bread and viennoiseries prepared each morning at Boulangerie du Sentier, Argotier cocktails and Pommy compotes are made directly in workshops in the Paris region, as are toppings from Mange tes Graines....
If you want to personalize your stay, we promise you quality products from local merchants: the flower bouquets are composed by Sylvine Fleur and the chocolates come straight from Chocolat des Français.
By working with local players, we support the local economy and build lasting relationships. It's a way for you to discover Paris in a different way, close to the people who bring it to life.
Neighborhood associations
We have made a commitment to the Café Ozanam association, giving them sweet and savoury cakes every Thursday morning at breakfasts for people in difficulty. We also organize clothing and hygiene product collections for them.
A more responsible hotel, every day
Reconciling well-being and commitment is what our approach is all about.
To limit our environmental impact, we have equipped the entire hotel with LED light bulbs and motion detectors in common areas, reduced our water consumption with flow reducers and chosen organic, eco-labeled cleaning and reception products.
Our team is aware of the importance of eco-actions on a daily basis.
And because eco-responsibility also means better waste management, we work with Les Alchimistes to collect and recycle our bio-waste.
We firmly believe that we all have a role to play in preserving our planet.
For you and for the planet
The entire team is aware of the challenges of sustainable tourism and is trained in eco-gestures that are integrated into daily routines. Our reception team will be happy to share their best addresses with you: local shops and environmentally-friendly restaurants. All our suppliers and partners are rigorously selected on the basis of their sustainable commitments.
- We offer a breakfast based on local produce, vegetarian options and homemade recipes.
- To preserve the environment, but above all to offer you good air quality, the products used for cleaning the hotel are mostly eco-labelled.
- Our establishment is completely non-smoking.
Le Solly works with the Ecolabel-certified brand The Botanist & The Chemist, which guarantees minimal impact on aquatic ecosystems when the product is released into the environment, and complies with standards limiting waste.
- Let's sort together: Leave your glass bottles aside, our team will recycle them when we clean your room.
- We love water, so let's save it: Remember to limit the length of your shower and don't leave the water running when soaping up or brushing your teeth... Simple reflexes that make all the difference.
- Not too hot, not too cold: Before setting off to explore Paris, remember to turn off the air-conditioning or heating (or close the windows) to avoid wasting energy.
- Paris in eco-friendly mode: Metro, bus, streetcar, bike... The city is full of options for getting around differently. Need a good plan? Ask us, we'll guide you! And just outside the hotel, a Vélib' point awaits you.
